Shipping Information:

After you place an order with a valid Visa or MasterCard number, we generally ship your order by the end of the next business day. Please take this into account when ordering a shipment by 2nd-day UPS/FedEx or Overnight UPS/FedEx. Please remember that if you live outside the USA, we cannot use UPS/FedEx to send an order to you. Also, UPS/FedEx will not deliver to a post office box. They must have a street address and zip code.

If your order is particularly time-critical, please call us at 1 800-GAMES-4-U (1 800-426-3748) or 301-299-9005 -- we can usually ship your order by the end of the current business day. We are open between 9 am and 4 pm Eastern time every business day, and we are often open later, especially right before major holidays.

Most of our shipping is by First Class Mail to the USA, and by Air Mail to the rest of the world. In the USA, you should generally expect your order to arrive within 7 to 10 business days at most; please contact us if your expected order has not arrived. For the rest of the world, please contact us if you would like an estimate of shipping time.

Generally, when sending an order by any UPS/FedEx shipping method, a signature is required. Please be sure to select "signature waived" if (and only if) you want to take responsibility for having your order left at its desination without having anyone sign for it.
